The files may be uploaded to some models of Nokia cell phones using the Logo Manager program. The Wolfenstein BEST site claimed that they can also be uploaded to some Siemens phones using the S35Explorer program. As I am not an expert in this field and have not even tried uploading these or any other logos to my phone, thus I am not able to give any more advice. However, I believe that people interested in loading these files to their mobiles will find a way to do it.
