The story is as follows:

In the year 2103, the United States receives a warning of an imminent attack on the nation's capital. The Secret Service sends its best agent, Stan Krider, to Diablus Dominus, a mountain fortress hidden in the mountains of Canada.

Krider's enemy is the Lunatic Fringe, a militant organization dedicated to the destruction of global governments. It is believed they have figured out a way to reanimate the dead. Krider's mission is to eliminate the Lunatic Fringe and their leader, Gregor Lief.
